“Exhaust Gas Recirculation” -  For emission purposes, manufactures designed a system of recycling exhaust fumes back into the engine to reduce Nitrogen production. For your engine’s health, nothing seems to make less sense than directly transferring hot exhaust gas back into the intake (and we’re not talking forced induction…i.e. Turbo here!)

Fit Garage offers a block off kit to remove this system altogether. Instead, sending the exhaust gas away from the engine directly out of the tailpipe; the soot from exhaust fumes no longer clog your intake and combustion chamber. We recommend pairing an Exhaust Gas Temperature gauge at the same time. We prefer Auber Instruments style to match the vintage interior of 80/90s land cruiser, but are happy to install gauges of your choice.
